Application Research of Anchor-Based Teaching Method Based on Work Process in Operating Room Nursing Preceptorship
Purpose:To explore the application effect of the anchor-based teaching method based on work process in operating room nursing preceptorship.Methods:A total of 165 nursing interns in the operating room of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 83,receiving traditional teaching methods,and an observation group of 82,receiving the anchor-based teaching method based on work process.The effectiveness of preceptorship in both groups was evaluated.Results:The observation group's theoretical scores,practical scores,total scores of critical thinking ability,and total scores of autonomous learning ability were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anchor-based teaching method based on work process not only improves nursing interns'learning outcomes but also helps cultivate their critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability.
