摘要
目的:研究纲要信号图示法+案例教学在呼吸与危重症医学科护生带教中的应用效果.方法:使用随机法将本院呼吸与危重症医学科的护生113人分为两组,对照组58人应用常规教学法,试验组55人应用纲要信号图示法+案例教学,评价并比较两组带教效果.结果:试验组的考核成绩、临床护理能力、核心能力均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:纲要信号图示法+案例教学能够提高护生的理论和技能水平,同时有利于护生临床护理能力和核心能力的培养.
Abstract
Objective:To study the application and effectiveness evaluation of the outline signal diagram method combined with case-based teaching in teaching and training of respiratory and critical care nursing students.Methods:A total of 113 nursing students from the respiratory and critical care medicine department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group with 58 students(conventional teaching method)and the study group with 55 students(outline signal diagram method combined with case-based teaching).The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The theoretical and skills assessments,clinical nursing abilities,and core competencies of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of the outline signal diagram method combined with case-based teaching in teaching and training of respiratory and critical care nursing students can improve their theoretical and practical skills,as well as promote the development of their clinical nursing abilities and core competencies.
