Application of OBE Concept with a Focus on Clinical Restorative Effects in Teaching Dental Cavity Restoration
Objective:To investigate the application of teaching methods based on the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept in the teaching of dental cavity restoration.Methods:The experimental group utilized a combination of PBL(Problem-Based Learning)+CBL(Case-Based Learning)with online teaching,while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods.The teaching effects were evaluated.Results:The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the teaching effectiveness was markedly better in the experimental group.Conclusion:The new teaching method based on the OBE concept can significantly enhance the teaching effectiveness of dental cavity restoration,promoting the development of clinical thinking in students.
