Exploration of WeChat Combined with LBL and CBL Teaching Methods in Clinical Teaching of Medical Imaging
Objective:To explore the application value of WeChat combined with LBL and CBL teaching methods in clinical teaching of medical imaging.Methods:The undergraduate interns,standardized residents,visiting scholars,and teaching instructors in the radiology department of the author's hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received LBL and CBL teaching methods,while the experimental group received WeChat combined with LBL and CBL teaching methods.The effectiveness of the two teaching methods was compared and analyzed through written tests and questionnaire surveys.Results:The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group in case analysis scores of exit exams,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the student questionnaire survey,the experimental group showed higher scores in learning interest satisfaction,teaching interaction satisfaction,teaching effectiveness satisfaction,and overall satisfaction compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the instructor questionnaire survey,the satisfaction scores of the experimental group in teaching effectiveness,teacher-student interaction,teaching method feasibility,personal subjective initiative,and overall satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat combined with LBL and CBL teaching methods can not only improve students'clinical thinking ability in medical imaging but also cultivate their ability for independent learning.This teaching method is suitable for clinical teaching of medical imaging.
