Application Research of Synchronous Positive and Negative Example Simulation Teaching Method in Respiratory and Critical Care Nursing Internship Supervision
Purpose:To study the application effect of the synchronous positive and negative example simulation teaching method in the supervision of respiratory and critical care nursing interns.Methods:Sixty-seven nursing interns in the respiratory and critical care medicine department were randomly divided into a control group of 34(traditional teaching method)and an experimental group of 33(synchronous positive and negative example simulation teaching method).After one month of supervision,the teaching evaluation indicators of the two groups were collected and compared.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment,comprehensive ability,and behavioral performance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of synchronous positive and negative example simulation teaching method in respiratory and critical care medicine can improve teaching effectiveness and enhance the behavioral performance of nursing interns during teaching.
