Application of Immersive Teaching Method Based on SPOC in Cardiology Nursing Practice Teaching
Objective:To explore the application effect of the immersive teaching method based on SPOC in cardiology nursing practice teaching.Methods:Using convenience sampling method,73 undergraduate nursing interns who completed clinical internships from July 2018 to December 2019 were set as the control group,and traditional teaching methods were used for clinical practice teaching;65 undergraduate nursing interns who completed clinical internships from February 2020 to June 2021 were set as the experimental group.On the basis of traditional teaching methods,immersive teaching method based on SPOC was used for clinical practice teaching.The theoretical knowledge,skill operation scores,self-assessment of clinical practice by nursing interns,and teaching satisfaction before and after the internship were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group had higher scores in theoretical exit exams,practical skills exams compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the self-assessment of clinical practice by nursing students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the clinical teaching satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immersive teaching method based on SPOC is beneficial for improving the clinical internship teaching effectiveness and teaching satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students.
