探讨临床路径教学法在肾内科住培教学中的应用

摘要
选择40名住培医师随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统LBL方法进行带教,试验组采用临床路径教学法进行带教.试验组理论考核、操作考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);试验组培训满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).在肾内科住培教学中应用临床路径教学法效果良好,值得进一步推广.
Abstract
This study randomly divided 40 resident physicians into control group and experimental group.The control group was taught using the traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)method,while the experimental group was taught using the clinical pathway teaching method.The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in theoretical and practical assessments compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Moreover,the satisfaction of the residency training in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).It is advocated to apply the clinical pathway teaching method in nephrology residency training,which is worthy of further promotion.
