Exploration of Clinical Pathway Teaching Method in Nephrology Residency Training
This study randomly divided 40 resident physicians into control group and experimental group.The control group was taught using the traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)method,while the experimental group was taught using the clinical pathway teaching method.The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in theoretical and practical assessments compared to the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the satisfaction of the residency training in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).It is advocated to apply the clinical pathway teaching method in nephrology residency training,which is worthy of further promotion.
