Application of One-Minute Chairside Teaching Combined with Micro-Lectures in Oral Four-Handed Operation Teaching for Nursing Residents
Objective:To explore the application effect of one-minute chairside teaching combined with micro-lectures in oral four-handed operation teaching for nursing residents.Methods:Ninety-four nursing residents were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The traditional teaching method and one-minute chairside teaching combined with micro-lectures were respectively applied for oral four-handed operation teaching in the two groups.The teaching effects were compared between the two groups,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:The theoretical and practical assessment scores of oral four-handed operation,as well as the satisfaction of dentists and patients in the experimental group,were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:One-minute chairside teaching combined with micro-lectures is superior to traditional teaching methods and is beneficial for improving the theoretical and practical assessment scores of nursing residents in oral four-handed operation teaching,thereby increasing the satisfaction of dentists and patients.
