基于中医优势病种三幕式案例实施医患情景沉浸式CBL教学法的实验研究

目的:基于临床诊疗流程设计融入中医优势病种的三幕式案例,采用医患情景沉浸式方法,构建适合中医相关专业的CBL教学法.方法:以2019 级学生为研究对象,随机分为对照和试验组,选用三幕式或一幕式相同案例为分析对象,以不同身份(对照组仍为学生身份),实施CBL教学法,通过客观和主观两方面进行教学效果评价.结果:发现三幕式案例与情景沉浸式CBL教学法可显著提升学生成绩,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,提升学生学习兴趣及分析和解决问题的能力,有利于临床思维培养.结论:以融入中医优势病种的三幕式案例为载体,结合医患情景沉浸式CBL教学法,有利于中医相关专业培养目标的达成.
Experimental Study on Implementing Patient-Scenario Immersive CBL Teaching Method with Three-Act Cases of TCM Dominant Diseases
Objective:Based on clinical diagnosis and treatment processes,this study designs three-act cases incorporating TCM dominant diseases and uses the patient-scenario immersive method to build a CBL teaching method suitable for TCM-related majors.Methods:The study targets the 2019 cohort,randomly divided into control and experimental groups,using three-act or single-act cases for analysis with different identities(control group remained as students),implementing the CBL teaching method,and evaluating teaching effectiveness from objective and subjective aspects.Results:The three-act case and scenario immersive CBL teaching method significantly improved students'performance,with statistically significant differences compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,it enhanced students'learning interest and ability to analyze and solve problems,beneficial for clinical thinking training.Conclusion:Using three-act cases incorporating TCM dominant diseases as a carrier,combined with the patient-scenario immersive CBL teaching method,is conducive to achieving the training objectives of TCM-related majors.
