Practical Study on the"Layered Supervision"Teaching Outpatient Clinics in the Reform of"Provincial and County Use"Assistant General Practitioner Training Bases
Objective:To explore the practical effects of the"layered supervision"teaching outpatient clinics in improving the teaching abilities of guiding physicians.Methods:The"layered supervision"teaching outpatient clinics were implemented in the assistant general practitioner training bases,and the differences in the guiding physicians'SOAP medical record corrections and outpatient teaching abilities before and after the training were compared.Results:After the training,the guiding physicians showed significant improvement in both SOAP medical record corrections and outpatient teaching abilities.Conclusion:The"layered supervision"teaching outpatient clinics can enhance the teaching abilities of guiding physicians.
