摘要

我校以"医工融合"项目为牵引,以本科生导师制、研究生双导师制为粘合剂,打破不同学科背景、学历背景学生间的壁垒,基于"轴心翻转"理念,以培养学生"科学精神、乐学善思、健康自律、责任担当、实践创新"为目标,通过三段式培养计划,实施"教、学、研"一体化教学,建立"开环式"人才培养模式.

Abstract

Our university leverages the"Medical-Engineering Integration"project as a driving force and uses the undergraduate mentorship system and the dual-mentor system for graduate students as bonding agents.This approach breaks down barriers between students from different academic and educational backgrounds.Based on the"Axial Flip"concept,the goal is to cultivate students with"scientific spirit,enthusiasm for learning and thinking,healthy self-discipline,responsibility,and practical innovation."Through a three-stage training plan,an integrated"teaching,learning,and research"approach is implemented,establishing an"open-loop"talent cultivation model.
