Promoting Education Through Competitions:Constructing a High-Quality"Dual-Teacher"Teaching Team in Affiliated Hospitals—A Case Study of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University
The inclusion of"dual-teacher"teachers in affiliated hospitals has effectively alleviated the teaching pressure on schools,but there is room for improvement in their teaching skills.The school,in conjunction with the First Affiliated Hospital,has initiated a comprehensive teaching competition training system from training content,guidance teams,auxiliary functional departments,selection,and rewards.This not only helps participating teachers achieve excellent results but,more importantly,promotes education through competitions.By disseminating the training results,it serves as a model for other teachers,enhancing the overall teaching level of"dual-teacher"teachers and achieving the national goal of"medical-educational synergy."
