首批护理学(助产)专业人才培养质量评价与分析

目的:了解护理学(助产)本科毕业生的助产士核心胜任力,评价莆田学院护理学(助产)专业人才培养方案的可行性及科学性。方法:采用助产士核心胜任力量表,对莆田学院2011-2016 届的护理学(助产)本科专业毕业生进行问卷调查。结果:共调查了260人,其助产士核心胜任力总均分为(3。83±0。68)分,呈中等水平。结论:该校本科护理学(助产)专业人才培养方案可行,能满足学生的就业和临床工作岗位需要。未来的助产教育应加强学生临床实践和科研能力的培养,并提高学生的专业认同感以减少临床助产士的流失。
Evaluation and Analysis of the Quality of the First Batch of Nursing(Midwifery)Professionals
Objective:To understand the core competence of midwives among nursing(midwifery)undergraduate graduates and evaluate the feasibility and scientificity of the talent training program in the nursing(midwifery)specialty at Putian University.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Midwife Core Competence Scale among nursing(midwifery)undergraduate graduates from Putian University graduating from 2011 to 2016.Results:A total of 260 individuals were surveyed,with an average total score of midwife core competence of(3.83±0.68),indicating a moderate level.Conclusion:The undergraduate talent training program in nursing(midwifery)at Putian University is feasible and meets the needs of students for employment and clinical work positions.Future midwifery education should focus on strengthening students'clinical practice and research capabilities,as well as enhancing students'professional identity to reduce the turnover rate of clinical midwives.
