目的:在口腔医学技术飞速发展的背景下,探讨如何培养适应社会需要的口腔医学技术专业应用型人才.方法:更新教学理念,提高"双师型"教师比例,构建三大实验教学模块,打造现代化实验教学平台,创新实践平台模式,突出办学特色,多方位构建实验教学体系.结果:通过以上几个方面的教学实践,口腔医学技术本科专业实验教学改革成效明显,人才培养质量显著提高,服务社会能力明显增强,专业特色进一步彰显,在口腔医学技术本科教育中起到示范作用.结论:改变传统教学模式,改革实验教学体系,才能培养出更适应行业发展和社会需求的口腔医学技术应用型人才.
Exploration and Practice of Experimental Teaching System for the Training of Applied Talents in Dental Medical Technology Undergraduate Education
Objective:Against the backdrop of rapid development in dental medical technology,this study explores how to cultivate applied talents in dental medical technology who meet the needs of society.Methods:By updating teaching concepts,increasing the proportion of"dual-qualified"teachers,constructing three major experimental teaching modules,establishing a modern experimental teaching platform,innovating practice platform models,and highlighting the characteristics of education,a comprehensive experimental teaching system was constructed.Results:Through the practical aspects of teaching,significant improvements have been observed in the reform of experimental teaching in dental medical technology undergraduate education.The quality of talent cultivation has been significantly enhanced,the ability to serve society has been noticeably strengthened,and the professional characteristics have been further highlighted,playing a demonstrative role in undergraduate education in dental medical technology.Conclusion:Only by changing traditional teaching models and reforming experimental teaching systems can we cultivate applied talents in dental medical technology that are better suited to industry development and societal needs.
