Application of Inter-group Circulating CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Thoracic Surgery Practicum
Objective:To explore the application effect of inter-group circulating CBL teaching method in clinical thoracic surgery practicum.Methods:Clinical undergraduate students of the same grade were randomly divided into a control group(CBL teaching method)and an experimental group(inter-group circulating CBL teaching method).The effectiveness of the inter-group circulating CBL teaching method was evaluated through comparison of students'specialty test scores,analysis of student participation,and feedback from students on the teaching.Results:The scores and number of active speaking instances of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the number of instances of non-speaking was significantly lower.Students in the ABC group were more satisfied with their participation in the teaching process compared to the CBL group.Conclusion:The inter-group circulating CBL teaching method can improve the scores and participation of students in clinical thoracic surgery practicum.
