Application of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)Combined with Case-Based Teaching in Clinical Nursing Education in Neurology
Objective:To observe the application effect of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)combined with case-based teaching in clinical nursing education in neurology.Methods:Sixty nursing undergraduate students from the 2018 class(1-2 classes)were divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)based on class units.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group implemented PBL combined with case-based teaching.At the end of the internship,the examination scores of the two groups of nursing students and their creativity tendency were observed.Results:The theoretical and practical scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of the Williams Creativity Tendency Scale dimensions and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of PBL combined with case-based teaching in clinical nursing education in neurology is significant and worthy of promotion.
