Application of PBL Combined with CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Internship Teaching of Pediatric Pulmonary Function
Objective:To explore the application effect of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)combined with Case-Based Learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical internship teaching of pediatric pulmonary function.Methods:Forty-five trainees from the respiratory specialty nurse training class were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.CBL and PBL combined with CBL teaching methods were implemented in the clinical internship for each group.The exam scores and subjective evaluation of teaching effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall subjective evaluation of exam scores and teaching effectiveness in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical internship teaching practice of pediatric pulmonary function with fewer theoretical classes and weaker learning foundations of trainees,the PBL combined with CBL teaching method is more conducive to understanding and mastering difficult content,effectively improving teaching quality,and gaining recognition and favor from trainees.
