Application of Virtual Simulation Platform Combined with Mini-CEX Assessment Method in Medical Imaging Education
Objective:To explore the value of using a virtual simulation platform combined with the Mini-CEX assessment method in practical medical imaging courses. Methods:A total of 186 students were randomly divided into two groups and received either virtual simulation platform-based teaching or traditional teaching methods during their internship. The teaching effectiveness and satisfaction were evaluated through examinations and Mini-CEX assessments. Results:The experimental group showed better subjective scores, total scores, learning initiative, and comprehensive learning ability compared to the control group, with higher satisfaction levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of virtual simulation platform and Mini-CEX assessment method meets the needs of practical medical imaging education and evaluation, facilitating the improvement of learning outcomes and enhancing the development of diagnostic thinking skills in medical imaging.
