Application of Blended Online and Offline Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Practical Training Courses for Critical Care Nursing
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of blended online and offline interdisciplinary collaboration in practical training courses for critical care nursing.Methods:2018 undergraduate nursing students from classes 1 and 2 were selected as the research objects.Class 1(control group)adopted a blended online and offline simulation teaching method, while class 2(experimental group)used interdisciplinary teaching method on the basis of the control group. Results:The total score of interdisciplinary cooperation attitude and the scores of negative professional identity and roles and responsibilities dimensions in the experimental group showed statistically significant differences before and after the intervention(P<0.05),and were significantly higher than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The agreement rate of the experimental group students on various evaluation indicators of teaching strategies was above80%.Conclusion:The application of blended online and offline interdisciplinary collaboration in practical training courses for critical care nursing is feasible and helps improve the attitude of undergraduate nursing students towards interdisciplinary cooperation.
