Application of Mini-CEX Assessment Combined with PBL Teaching Method in Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Preceptorship
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of using Mini-CEX assessment combined with PBL teaching method in cerebral palsy rehabilitation preceptorship.Methods:Sixty-nine interns from the Rehabilitation Department of our medical and health group from 2019 to 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group received conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group received PBL teaching in addition to conventional methods.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated using Mini-CEX assessment in both groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed higher theoretical and practical scores in cerebral palsy rehabilitation internship(P<0.05),and the scores of the7 core competencies assessed by Mini-CEX were also higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Mini-CEX assessment combined with PBL teaching method in cerebral palsy rehabilitation preceptorship is superior to conventional teaching methods.
