Application of PBL Combined with SimMan3G Simulation Teaching in Training Anesthesia Specialty Nurses for Tracheal Intubation
To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with SimMan3G simulation teaching in training anesthesia specialty nurses for tracheal intubation.Methods:Anesthesia specialty nurses were randomly divided into the LBL group,PBL group,and PBL+SM group.Before the end of the training,theoretical and operational assessments were conducted,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the teaching effectiveness and satisfaction.Results:The theoretical scores of the PBL+SM group and PBL group were higher than those of the LBL group,and the tracheal intubation skill scores of the PBL+SM group were higher than those of the LBL group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the questionnaire survey showed that the teaching effectiveness of the PBL+SM group was higher than that of the PBL group and LBL group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);nurses more recognized the model of PBL combined with SimMan3G simulation teaching,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion:PBL combined with SimMan 3G simulation teaching can improve the enthusiasm of anesthesia specialty nurses for learning,consolidate their basic knowledge,and master intubation techniques.
