医学教育"评学融合"新理念:从理论到实践

教育评价事关教育发展方向,有什么样的评价指挥棒,就有什么样的办学导向。随着教育评价理论的发展和教育技术赋能水平的提升,全球教育评价改革的新趋势不断涌现。文章系统梳理4个教育评价时期的演进历程和实践经验,厘清教育评价范式的转型动因和发展方向,结合我国教育评价改革的探索经验和新时代教育评价改革的新方向、新要求,从人工智能技术助力评学融合新模式建设、教育评价赋能学生全面发展、评价方式和主体多元化、关注增值评价发展等方面进行了总结,为我国医学教育考试评价改革创新提供借鉴和参考。
The New Concept of"Integrated Evaluation and Learning"in Medical Education:From Theory to Practice
Educational evaluation is crucial to the direction of educational development.The type of evaluation serves as a guiding stick for educational orientation.With the advancement of educational evaluation theories and the enhancement of educational technology,new trends in global educational evaluation reform are continuously emerging.This paper systematically reviews the evolutionary history and practical experiences of four periods of educational evaluation,clarifies the driving forces behind the transformation of educational evaluation paradigms and their development directions.Based on China's exploratory experiences in educational evaluation reform and the new directions and requirements of educational evaluation in the new era,the paper summarizes the integration of artificial intelligence technology in building new models of integrated evaluation and learning,empowering comprehensive student development through educational evaluation,diversifying evaluation methods and subjects,and focusing on the development of value-added evaluation.These insights aim to provide references and guidance for innovation in medical education examination and evaluation reform in China.
