Analysis and Improvement Suggestions on the Homogenization of Clinical Teaching Quality in Medical Colleges
Objective:To analyze the clinical teaching quality of different practice teaching bases in medical colleges,identify and improve the weak links in clinical practice teaching,and ensure the homogenization of clinical teaching quality.Methods:A study was conducted on 291 non-autonomous internship students who interned at different practice teaching bases of a certain medical college in Shenyang and participated in the graduation skills exam.GraphPad Prism 8 software was used to analyze their Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)scores.Results:There were significant differences in the pass rates and average scores of OSCE exams among interns from different hospitals.Conclusion:The internship effectiveness of students varies greatly across different hospitals.Medical colleges need to strengthen the management of practice teaching bases to ensure the homogenization of clinical practice teaching quality.
