Research on Factors Influencing Professional Development of Foreign Language Teachers in Medical Colleges and Universities——Based on the Survey and Analysis of Foreign Language Teachers'Subject Characteristics
Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory emphasizes the interactive relationship between human development and the ecological environment,highlighting the positive role of human development in ecological construction.Based on Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory and the PPCT model,this study utilized questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews to analyze the demand characteristics,resource characteristics,and motivational characteristics of foreign language teachers.It explores in depth the social factors,work factors,and personal factors influencing the professional development of foreign language teachers in medical colleges and universities.The study proposes an innovative concept centered on foreign language education reform,with curriculum ideological education and medical humanities as the two wings,to explore the integration path of new medical sciences and new humanities under the background of the new era.
