Professional Quality Connotation,Cultivation Patterns,and Training Paths of Medical Students Based on the Theory of Vocational Identity Formation
Based on the theory of vocational identity formation,the connotation of professional qualities of medical students in the educational stage of medical schools includes five aspects:altruism,humanitarianism,empathy,communication,and teamwork.It is proposed that the cultivation of professional qualities should follow the laws of gradual progression,service learning,critical evidence-based thinking,reinforcement through evaluation,and exemplary demonstration.This study puts forward the cultivation path of professional qualities for medical students,which involves defining cultivation objectives,optimizing curriculum systems,establishing development systems,strengthening practical systems,improving evaluation systems,and reforming teaching methods.
