Scientific research ability is a core competency for medical master's students and an important indicator of the quality of graduate education.Addressing the issue of insufficient scientific research capability among orthopedics graduate students at our university,this study establishes interdisciplinary mentor teams to cultivate research skills from multiple aspects.
