医学院校教师"线上+线下"融合式教学胜任力调查与分析

研究团队采用问卷调查法,对医学院校一线教师"线上+线下"融合式教学胜任力展开调查研究。结果显示,教师认可"线上+线下"融合教学模式的教学作用,但自信心和主动性较低;在融合式教学的设计、策略的灵活运用、持续改进和创新能力等方面存在较大的不足。文章从强化意识、丰富知识、提高技能3个方面提出提升教师胜任力的建议。
Survey and Analysis of Competence in"Online+Offline"Blended Teaching among Medical School Teachers
The research team conducted a survey using questionnaires to investigate the competence of frontline medical school teachers in"online+offline"blended teaching.The results indicated that teachers recognize the instructional benefits of the blended teaching model,but exhibit lower confidence and initiative.There are significant deficiencies in the design of blended teaching,flexible application of strategies,continuous improvement,and innovation capabilities.This article proposes suggestions to enhance teacher competence through strengthening awareness,enriching knowledge,and improving skills.
