Survey and Analysis of Competence in"Online+Offline"Blended Teaching among Medical School Teachers
The research team conducted a survey using questionnaires to investigate the competence of frontline medical school teachers in"online+offline"blended teaching.The results indicated that teachers recognize the instructional benefits of the blended teaching model,but exhibit lower confidence and initiative.There are significant deficiencies in the design of blended teaching,flexible application of strategies,continuous improvement,and innovation capabilities.This article proposes suggestions to enhance teacher competence through strengthening awareness,enriching knowledge,and improving skills.
