Construction and Application of Practice Teaching System Guided by Cultivation of Humanistic Quality for Higher Vocational Nursing Students
Purpose:To explore a rational practice teaching system,improve the humanistic quality of higher vocational nursing students,and enhance the service quality of nursing teams.Methods:356 nursing students from the 2018 cohort were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received teaching using the traditional practice teaching system,while the experimental group received teaching using the reformed practice teaching system guided by the cultivation of humanistic quality for higher vocational nursing students.Results:After the course,the humanistic quality scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05);the comprehensive case assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The practice teaching system guided by the cultivation of humanistic quality for higher vocational nursing students can effectively improve the humanistic quality of higher vocational nursing students.
