标准化病人在住院医师规范化培训病史采集教学中的应用

目的:通过将标准化病人引入住院医师规范化培训病史采集实训教学,并与传统教学方式比较,探讨标准化病人在住院医师规范化培训病史采集中的教学效果.方法:选取我院2018级、2019级住院医师规范化培训学员共86人为研究对象,以年级为单位,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组在病史采集教学中引入标准化病人,以标准化病人为实训对象,对照组采用传统的病史采集教学方式,以同组学生为实训对象.比较两组在一年级期末住院医师规范化培训技能考试中病史采集项目的成绩.结果:试验组成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:住院医师规范化培训教学中采用标准化病人可提高教学效果.
Application of Standardized Patients in Teaching Hospital Residents Standardized Training for Medical History Collection
Objective:By introducing standardized patients into the standardized training for medical history collection of hospital residents,and comparing with traditional teaching methods,this study aims to explore the teaching effectiveness of standardized patients in the standardized training for medical history collection of hospital residents.Methods:A total of 86 hospital residents from our hospital's 2018 and 2019 cohorts were selected as study subjects.They were divided into experimental and control groups randomly by cohort.The experimental group used standardized patients for medical history collection training,while the control group used traditional methods with fellow students as training objects.The scores of medical history collection in the standardized training skills examination at the end of the first year were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group performed significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of standardized patients in standardized training for hospital residents improves teaching effectiveness.
