Application of Schramm's Two-Way Communication Model Combined with Project-Based Teaching in Orthodontic Nursing Clinical Teaching
Objective:This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Schramm's two-way communication model combined with project-based teaching in orthodontic nursing clinical teaching.Methods:Sixty rotating nurses in the orthodontic department were selected and randomly divided into two groups:30 in the control group,which received traditional teaching,and 30 in the experimental group,which received Schramm's two-way communication model combined with project-based teaching.Assessment and questionnaire surveys were conducted to compare the nursing clinical teaching effectiveness between the two groups.Results:The experimental group showed significantly better performance in theoretical and practical assessments,core competencies,and self-directed learning abilities compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Schramm's two-way communication model combined with project-based teaching in orthodontic nursing clinical teaching significantly improves the assessment scores and core competencies of rotating nurses.
