Application of Digital Three-Dimensional Reconstruction Technology in Renal Anatomy and Laparoscopic Surgery Clinical Teaching
Objective:To explore the application value and effectiveness of digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology in renal anatomy and laparoscopic surgery teaching. Methods:Fifty standardized training physicians from the urology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were randomly divided into control and experimental groups(25 each). The control group received traditional clinical teaching in urology, while the experimental group received traditional clinical teaching combined with digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology. After the rotation, both groups underwent final exams and questionnaire surveys. Results:The theoretical level of specialization in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group with departmental teaching was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Digital three-dimensional reconstruction technology enhances students'interest and initiative in learning renal anatomy, deepens their understanding of and familiarity with renal laparoscopic surgery, improves their ability to analyze and solve clinical problems, and increases teaching satisfaction. It can be integrated into traditional teaching methods and deserves promotion in clinical education.
