The Application Effect of Sandwich Teaching Method in the Clinical Practice of Medical Undergraduates of Non-anesthesia Major
Objective:To discuss the application effect of the Sandwich Teaching Method in the clinical practice of anesthesia of medical undergraduates of non-anesthesia major.Methods:In this study,51 undergraduates of the Major of Nursing who served as probationers of clinical anesthesia in Beijing Youan Hospital,Capital Medical University in April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the randomized table,they were randomly divided into the control group(26 undergraduates)and experiment group(25 undergraduates).Among them,the conventional probation teaching method was used in the control group,while Sandwich Teaching Method was used in the experiment group.Finally,the teaching effect and satisfaction of the teacher in the two groups was evaluated with the test paper of theoretical knowledge and satisfaction questionnaire.Results:The average score of the mastering of theoretical knowledge was 81.8 points and 66.56 points in the experiment group and control group,respectively.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of the connotation of teaching,the satisfaction of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of focusing on the combination of theory and practice,the satisfaction of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of the attitude of the teacher,relationship with students,and sufficient communication with students,the satisfaction of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of the overall satisfaction of the teacher,the satisfaction of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the Sandwich Teaching Method in the teaching of students of non-anesthesia major can not only help the probationers to master the contents of the teaching outline,but also improve their satisfaction of the clinical teacher.
