Application Research of O-PIRTAS Flipped Classroom Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Blood Purification Center Nursing Students
Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the O-PIRTAS flipped classroom teaching method in clinical teaching of blood purification center nursing students.Methods:A total of 85 nursing students from the blood purification center were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=43)received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group(n=42)received the O-PIRTAS flipped classroom teaching method.The teaching effects of both groups were compared,and differences were analyzed and discussed.Results:In terms of end-of-rotation assessment scores,the experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in both theoretical and practical assessments compared to the control group(P<0.05).Regarding core competencies,the experimental group scored higher in total and across all 7 dimensions(P<0.05).In terms of self-directed learning abilities,the experimental group scored higher in total and across all 4 dimensions(P<0.05)compared to the control group.Conclusion:The O-PIRTAS flipped classroom teaching method significantly improves the clinical teaching effectiveness of blood purification center nursing students and deserves promotion and application.
