Application Study of Multimodal Integrated Teaching Method in Pediatric Nursing Internship Supervision
Objective:To observe the application effect of multimodal integrated teaching method in the supervision of pediatric nursing interns.Methods:From July 2020 to October 2020,83 interns were assigned to the control group,and from July 2021 to October 2021,86 interns were assigned to the experimental group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group used a multimodal integrated teaching approach involving CBL,PBL,TBL,and reflective diaries.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical assessments,practical assessments,and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multimodal integrated teaching method can improve the theoretical and practical skills of pediatric nursing interns,enhance their teaching satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
