摘要

目的:观察多元联动教学法在儿科护理实习生带教中的应用效果.方法:将2020年7月至2020年10月的83名实习生列为对照组,2021年7月至2021年10月86名实习生列为试验组.对照组采用常规教学法,试验组采用CBL、PBL、TBL以及反思日记多元联动的教学方法.结果:试验组护生理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩和教学满意度均高于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:多元联动的教学方法能提高儿科护理实习生的理论和操作水平,提升护生的教学满意度,值得在临床中推广.

Abstract

Objective:To observe the application effect of multimodal integrated teaching method in the supervision of pediatric nursing interns.Methods:From July 2020 to October 2020,83 interns were assigned to the control group,and from July 2021 to October 2021,86 interns were assigned to the experimental group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group used a multimodal integrated teaching approach involving CBL,PBL,TBL,and reflective diaries.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical assessments,practical assessments,and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multimodal integrated teaching method can improve the theoretical and practical skills of pediatric nursing interns,enhance their teaching satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
