Exploration and Practice of Transformative Learning Theory in Medical Education
The practice of transformative learning theory is an important task and key measure of medical education reform in the 21st century.It has been increasingly valued and vigorously applied in developed countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States,but the research and application of transformative learning theory in China is still in its infancy.Taking the reform of undergraduate medical education in Zhejiang University guided by transformative learning theory as an example,this paper discusses the application ideas of transformative learning theory in medical education,and provides reference for promoting the reform and innovation of medical education and improving the quality of medical education.
