Some Thoughts on the Implementation of Discussion Teaching Method under the Reform of Five-Year Clinical Medicine Program of Zhejiang University School of Medicine
Focusing on the talent training goal of"medical education oriented by post competence"in the reform of the five-year clinical medicine program of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,this paper discusses the focus of the discussion teaching method to achieve this training goal from the theoretical basis of international pedagogy and the recognition and needs of students in our college.Based on the practice of team-based learning(TBL)in our college,and drawing on the practical experience and development direction of TBL in the international education system,this paper puts forward the implementation ideas of TBL and other discussion teaching methods in line with the reality of our college,so as to help Zhejiang University School of Medicine cultivate the reform of five-year clinical medicine education and effectively improve the quality of training for outstanding medical talents in the new era.
