Questionnaire Survey and Research on the Composition of Medical Students'Occupational Ability in the Post-epidemic Era
Objective:To investigate and compare the differences in the cognition and importance evaluation of the composition of medical students'occupational ability between employers and students in school,and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving medical students'occupational literacy and social adaptability,and cultivating high-level applied medical talents.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to conduct online questionnaire surveys on 135 employer representatives and 1843 medical students.A snowball sampling method was used to conduct face-to-face interviews with 10 medical students and 14 employer representatives.Results:Among the multi-elements of occupational ability composition,both employers and medical students put ideological quality and self-management ability in the most prominent and important position.In the post-epidemic era,the ability to deal with sudden problems,the ability to deal with stress correctly is more valued by the demand side.By comparing the supply and demand sides,it is found that the current students in school have insufficient awareness of the importance of interpersonal skills and employment willingness.Conclusion:Colleges and universities should be oriented to meet the needs of employers,focus on both professional knowledge and in-depth practice,and continuously improve the post competence of medical students.
