摘要
医学生作为医学储备人才,其职业期望对未来的职业选择、价值取向及医疗系统的可持续发展有深远的影响.通过医学生职业期望概念内涵解读,在此基础上系统比较分析国内外医学生职业期望研究内容、研究工具和研究结果,为探索科学、系统地测量医学生职业期望,完善医学教育和医学储备人才的健康发展提供参考.
Abstract
As a reserve of medical talents,medical students'career expectations have a profound impact on their future career choices,values and the sustainable development of the medical system.By interpreting the connotation of the concept of medical students'career expectations,this paper systematically compares and analyzes the research content,research tools and research results of medical students'career expectations at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for exploring scientific and systematic measurement of medical students'career expectations and improving medical education and the healthy development of medical reserve talents.
