The Impact of Ideological and Political Education Combining Hospitals and Universities on Nursing Interns'Occupational Values and Occupational Identity
Objective:To explore the impact of ideological and political education combining hospitals and universities on nursing interns'occupational values and occupational identity.Methods:A total of 328 nursing interns from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the nursing interns from 2020 and 2021 were set as the control group and the experimental group respectively to compare the changes of nursing interns'occupational values and occupational identity before and after ideological and political education.Results:Before education,the average scores of each item of occupational values and occupational identity of the two groups of nursing interns were similar(P>0.05).After education,the average scores of each item of occupational values and occupational identity of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ideological and political education combining hospitals and universities can effectively improve the occupational values and occupational identity of nursing interns.
