摘要
目的:探讨医院—高校结合的思政教育对护理实习生职业价值观及职业认同感的影响.方法:选取2020年至2021年的328名护理实习生作为研究对象,将2020年以及2021年的护理实习生分别设为对照组和试验组,比较思政教育前后护理实习生职业价值观及职业认同感的变化.结果:教育前,两组护理实习生职业价值观及职业认同感各项条目均分比较相近(P＞0.05).教育后,试验组的职业价值观及职业认同感各项条目均分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:医院—高校结合的思政教育可有效提高护理实习生的职业价值观和职业认同感.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of ideological and political education combining hospitals and universities on nursing interns'occupational values and occupational identity.Methods:A total of 328 nursing interns from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the nursing interns from 2020 and 2021 were set as the control group and the experimental group respectively to compare the changes of nursing interns'occupational values and occupational identity before and after ideological and political education.Results:Before education,the average scores of each item of occupational values and occupational identity of the two groups of nursing interns were similar(P＞0.05).After education,the average scores of each item of occupational values and occupational identity of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The ideological and political education combining hospitals and universities can effectively improve the occupational values and occupational identity of nursing interns.
