Survey and Analysis of Nursing Undergraduate Interns'Training Needs for Acute and Critical Care
Objective:To understand the current situation and needs of nursing undergraduate interns(hereinafter referred to as nursing students)in acute and critical care training,and to provide reference for improving their acute and critical care ability.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 57 nursing undergraduate students who came to a tertiary hospital for internship in March 2021.Results:Only 14%of the nursing students'theoretical knowledge assessment scores in acute and critical care reached 60 points or above;66%of the nursing students have participated in acute and critical care related training;The form of training is mainly professional courses,and the way of training is mainly teacher lecturing;The knowledge of acute and critical care patients mainly comes from the explanation of doctors and nurses and books and journals;Only the basic mastery rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,first aid and nursing of patients with acute chest pain,axis turning method and prevention of deep vein thrombosis exceeded 50%;The training methods expected by nursing students include case analysis,bedside practice,scenario simulation and lecture training.Conclusion:It is necessary to combine the characteristics of the times and the needs of nursing undergraduate interns,use network technology,and combine various training methods to form a set of effective acute and critical care nursing training programs.
