Survey and Analysis of Employers'Satisfaction with Post Competence of Anesthesiology Graduates——A Case Study of Shandong Second Medical University
Objective:To understand the satisfaction of employers with the post competence of graduates majoring in anesthesiology from Shandong Second Medical University.Methods:A questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the heads of anesthesiology and pain departments in public hospitals above the second level in Shandong Province with the post competence of graduates,and to analyze and clarify the evaluation of employers on the three dimensions of graduates'post competence knowledge structure,working ability and professional quality,and overall satisfaction.Results:Among 139 public hospitals above the second level in Shandong Province,43.32％of the graduates majored in anesthesiology from Shandong Second Medical University,of which 62.14％were bachelors and 34.01％were masters;Likert score professional quality dimension and overall satisfaction are greater than 4 points;English proficiency and management knowledge indicators in the knowledge structure dimension,and scientific research and innovation indicators in the work ability dimension are 3～4 points,and the rest are greater than 4 points.Conclusion:The number of graduates majoring in anesthesiology from this university accounts for nearly 50％of employers in Shandong Province,and employers have a high overall satisfaction with their post competence.
