DOPS形成性评价在血管超声技能教学中的应用

目的:评估操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)在血管超声技能教学中的效果。方法:选取浙江大学医学院附属第一医院超声医学2019级-2021级住培医师40名为对象。结果:三年级DOPS试验组成绩高于三年级传统对照组(P=0。048),三年级传统对照组成绩与二年级DOPS试验组差异没有统计意义(P=0。512)。结论:应用DOPS可显著提升住培医师血管超声的技能操作能力和学习效率,值得进一步研究并在住院医师规范化培训中应用。
Application of DOPS Formative Assessment in Vascular Ultrasound Skills Teaching
Objective:To evaluate the effect of direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in vascular ultrasound skills teaching.Methods:Forty resident physicians from the 2019-2021 ultrasound medicine class of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine were selected as the subjects.Results:The scores of the third-year DOPS experimental group were higher than those of the third-year traditional control group(P=0.048),and there was no significant difference between the third-year traditional control group and the second-year DOPS experimental group(P=0.512).Conclusion:The application of DOPS can significantly improve the vascular ultrasound skills and learning efficiency of resident physicians,which is worthy of further research and promotion in standardized training of resident physicians.
