Exploration and Practice of Multi-dimensional Mentorship System Centered on Residents
With the continuous changes of medical models and the emergence of new technologies,the focus of clinical work has shifted from wards to outpatient clinics and to the control of chronic diseases.Outpatient doctors need to take care of multiple diseases and complex patients for a long time,which will put forward higher requirements for doctors'comprehensive quality,and the existing doctor training model needs to be continuously innovated to keep up with the changes of the times.The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital introduces international and Hong Kong teaching experience,combined with the practical needs of medical education in China,to explore a multi-dimensional mentorship education model centered on residents,emphasizing the concept of holistic education,strengthening the close relationship between mentors and students,and building a good support relationship and environment from the concept and system to promote the growth and transformation of residents and the cultivation of doctors'quality and sense of responsibility.
