Application of"Six Thinking Hats"Thinking Mode in the Cultivation of Nursing Students'Post Competence
Objective:To study the teaching effect of"six thinking hats"in the cultivation of nursing post competence,and to evaluate its teaching effect.Methods:40 nursing students in the ward were selected as the research subjects,and the"six thinking hats"thinking mode was used to cultivate their post competence.Results:Compared with the traditional teaching method,this mode can significantly improve the nursing students'psychological quality,collaborative communication ability,critical thinking ability,clinical nursing ability and career development ability,and increase the satisfaction of teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"six thinking hats"thinking mode teaching can significantly improve the nursing students'post competence and teaching satisfaction,and it is a feasible method to improve the nursing students'post competence and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
