摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在提高ICU住院医师规范化培训教学活动质量中的作用.方法:将ICU进行的45次教学活动(包括小讲课、病例讨论和教学查房)分为对照组(24次)和试验组(21次).试验组采用PDCA循环管理提高教学活动质量,对照组为传统教学方式.比较两组的教学活动质量评分以评价教学效果.结果:试验组的教学活动质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:PDCA循环管理能有效改善ICU住院医师规范化培训教学活动质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of PDCA cycle management in improving the quality of standardized training teaching activities for resident physicians in ICU.Methods:45 residency training activities(including small lectures,case discussions and teaching rounds)in ICU were divided into control group(24 times)and experimental group(21 times).The experimental group used PDCA cycle management to improve the quality of teaching activities,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.The teaching activity quality scores of the two groups were compared to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The teaching activity quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the quality of standardized training teaching activities for resident physicians in ICU.
