Research on the Role of PDCA Cycle Management in Improving the Quality of Standardized Training Teaching Activities for Resident Physicians in ICU
Objective:To explore the role of PDCA cycle management in improving the quality of standardized training teaching activities for resident physicians in ICU.Methods:45 residency training activities(including small lectures, case discussions and teaching rounds)in ICU were divided into control group(24 times)and experimental group(21 times). The experimental group used PDCA cycle management to improve the quality of teaching activities, while the control group used traditional teaching methods. The teaching activity quality scores of the two groups were compared to evaluate the teaching effect. Results:The teaching activity quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the quality of standardized training teaching activities for resident physicians in ICU.
