基于智能模拟人和虚拟仿真系统的基础护理实训教学改革行动研究

目的:探讨智能模拟人和虚拟仿真系统在基础护理实训课中的应用效果。方法:以2019级164名学生为试验组,2018级165名学生为对照组。采用行动研究方法,通过问题的提出、问题的归因、计划与行动、观察与评价的过程,对实训教学进行改革,消除实训教学中出现的弊端。结果:2019级学生的操作考核成绩较上届学生有显著提高(P<0。05)。结论:基于智能模拟人和虚拟仿真系统的基础护理实训教学改革可提高学生的操作水平和学习自主性,有利于培养学生的护患沟通能力,保证实训教学质量的稳步提升。
Action Research on Basic Nursing Skills Training Teaching Reform Based on Intelligent Simulated Man and Virtual Simulation System
Objective:To explore the application effect of intelligent simulated man and virtual simulation system in basic nursing skills training course.Methods:164 students from 2019 grade were taken as the experimental group,and 165 students from 2018 grade were taken as the control group.Action research method was adopted to reform the training teaching through the process of problem raising,problem attribution,planning and action,observation and evaluation,so as to eliminate the disadvantages in the training teaching.Results:The operation assessment scores of 2019 grade students were significantly higher than those of the previous grade students(P<0.05).Conclusion:The basic nursing skills training teaching reform based on intelligent simulated man and virtual simulation system can improve students'operation level and learning autonomy,which is conducive to cultivating students'nurse-patient communication ability and ensuring the steady improvement of training teaching quality.
