摘要

"医学+"创新型、复合型医学人才的培养成为新医科建设的主要目标,因此药理学教学必须进行创新和改革.基于现状之不足,在"临床牵引"的视域下,开展"一线二思三课四维"教学模式的探索和实践:通过重组教学团队,重构"多学科交叉"教学内容,重设"疾病—病理生理—药物—药理—应用"教学流程,打造PBL课堂、翻转课堂、拓展课堂三课融合课堂,依托信息技术构建四维评价体系.以期为推动药理学一流课程建设,培养新型医学人才提供一些有益的借鉴.

Abstract

The cultivation of"medicine+"innovative and compound medical talents has become the main goal of new medical science construction,so pharmacology teaching must be innovated and reformed.Based on the shortcomings of the current situation,under the perspective of"clinical traction",the exploration and practice of"one line,two thoughts,three courses and four dimensions"teaching mode are carried out:by reorganizing the teaching team,reconstructing the"multi-disciplinary"teaching content,resetting the"disease-pathophysiology-drug-pharmacology-application"teaching process,creating a PBL classroom、flipped classroom、expanded classroom three-course integrated classroom,and relying on information technology to build a four-dimensional evaluation system.In order to promote the construction of first-class pharmacology courses and cultivate new medical talents,we will provide some useful reference.
