Application of PDCA-Based SPOC Teaching Method in Cardiology Nursing Practice Education
Objective:To explore the application effect of the PDCA-based SPOC teaching method in cardiology nursing practice education.Methods:Convenient sampling was used to select 50 undergraduate intern nurses(control group)from 2019-2020 and 46 from 2020-2021(experimental group)at a comprehensive tertiary hospital in Guangxi.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group employed the PDCA-based SPOC teaching method in addition to the control group's approach.Results:The experimental group outperformed the control group in theoretical exit scores,basic skills scores,and specialty skills scores,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).The clinical teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA-based SPOC teaching method effectively improves the clinical internship teaching effect and satisfaction of undergraduate intern nurses.
