基于互联网平台的混合式线上教学方法在MBBS学生儿科学教学中的效果评估

目的:探讨留学生临床医学专业本科(bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery,MBBS)学生儿科学课程混合式线上教学的效果。方法:以浙江大学140名学习儿科学课程的MBBS学生为研究对象,其中试验组(n=72)采用混合式线上教学,对照组(n=68)采用传统线下教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果:试验组的儿科学课程成绩高于对照组(P<0。001)。问卷调查显示大部分学生认为混合式线上教学法对学习有帮助。结论:混合式线上教学可以有效帮助学生掌握儿科学知识,为留学生线上线下结合教学模式提供参考。
Evaluation of the Effectiveness of a Hybrid Online Teaching Method Based on Internet Platforms in the Pediatrics Education of MBBS Students
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of a hybrid online teaching method in the pediatrics course for undergraduate students in the clinical medicine program(Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery,MBBS).Methods:The study involved 140 MBBS students studying the pediatrics course at Zhejiang University.The experimental group(n=72)used a hybrid online teaching method,while the control group(n=68)followed traditional offline teaching.The teaching outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The pediatrics course scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).A questionnaire survey indicated that most students found the hybrid online teaching method helpful for their learning.Conclusion:The hybrid online teaching method can effectively help students master pediatric knowledge,providing a reference for a combined online and offline teaching model for international students.
