Application of Discussion-Based Teaching Method Integrating CBL and PBL in Reforming Medical Imaging Internship Courses
Objective:To explore the application effect of a discussion-based teaching method integrating Case-Based Learning(CBL)and Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in the reform of medical imaging internship courses.Methods:An experimental control method was employed in this study.The experimental group implemented the discussion-based teaching method integrating CBL and PBL,while the control group used the traditional lecture-based teaching method.The study results showed that the experimental group had higher total scores in regular competency tests,image interpretation tests,and theoretical written exams compared to the control group,with the differences being statistically significant.This indicates that the discussion-based teaching method integrating CBL and PBL is superior to traditional teaching methods.
